Courtyard By Marriott San Jose Escazu – Hotel near airport in San Jose (San Jose)

I just had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious, close to good restaurants and a big mall. Although the room was large, it lacked proper cooling. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, particularly Carlos in the bar/restaurant. The location was convenient, with many dining options nearby and very close to a shopping mall. The dining experience was delightful, offering the best breakfast I've had at a hotel but the room's temperature was really cold. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the homemade pizza.

The hotel is in a great location with a plaza across the street, offering spacious rooms that are not properly cooled, but with appealing indoor door connections. The service is super sweet and accommodating to specific dietary needs. The location, while needing renovation, is very close to the shopping mall with a variety of dining options. The dining experience offers great variety but with timing discrepancies. Overall, it's a comfortable choice with attentive staff but has room for improvement in cooling and breakfast times.

The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff, especially Carlos in the bar/restaurant. The location on the west side of town was perfect, but could get a bit crowded at times. The dining experience, although not complementary, was okay for buffet style. Overall, a great value for money!
